RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there has been a change of heart, Australian orders are accepted for a full refund on full priced items or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods.

For international orders a full refund on full priced items or exchanges are accepted within 20 days of receiving the goods. 

Please email us to advise that you will be returning an item to us at: info@santinanicole.com.au

Items being returned must be;

  • Unworn
  • In its original condition
  • All tags attached
  • Unwashed
  • No make-up or markings on the garment
     

If the item returned has been worn or is damaged we have to right to return to sender.

    Please note items returned outside of this time period will not be accepted. 

    DEFECTIVE ITEM
    Each item is carefully checked prior to being shipped to our customers, however, if there appears to be a defect in the item, please email us promptly so we can inspect the item to ensure the defect is indeed a manufacturing fault. If there proves to be a defect, we will repair or replace the item as soon as possible.

    Please note wear and tear is not classed as a manufacturing defect. 

    HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

    • Email us to advise that you are returning the item
    • Ensure item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging attached (Please note, we recommend returning the item with a tracking number).
    • Please return to the following address PO BOX 1048 Mount Waverley 3149
       

    RETURNS SHIPPING COST
    Unfortunately we cannot cover cost of return shipping, this is at the customers expense and is not refundable. 

    EXCHANGES
    If you wish to exchange an item for another item of lesser value we will credit the remaining amount to your account. If you wish to exchange an item for another item of greater value, the original item value will be credited towards the new item you wish to exchange it for.

    If you are wanting to exchange the same/ different item for the same value in a different colour/ size we will swap it over and return it to you. 

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
    Once item is received it will take between 3-5 days to process return/ exchange.
