RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there has been a change of heart, Australian orders are accepted for a full refund (excluding postage) on FULL PRICED items or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods. Shipping costs are non refundable.
For International orders a full refund (excluding postage) on FULL PRICED items or exchanges are accepted within 20 days of receiving the goods. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Please email our customer care to advise that you will be returning your item(s) at: info@santinanicole.com.au
2. Fill out the Returns/Exchanges form enclosed with your purchase and ensure to include your name and order number. 
3. Items being returned must be;

  • Unworn
  • In its original condition
  • All tags/packaging attached
  • Unwashed
  • No make-up or markings on the garment

 *We recommend returning the item with a tracking number as Santina-Nicole is not liable for any returns lost in transit.

  • If items returned have been worn, are damaged or are returned outside our policies timeframe, we have the right to return to sender.
  • We do not provide a returns shipping label, this is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. 


DEFECTIVE ITEM
Each item is carefully checked prior to being shipped to our customers, however, if there appears to be a defect in the item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving so we can inspect the item to ensure the defect is indeed a manufacturing fault. If there proves to be a defect, we will repair or replace the item as soon as possible.

Please note wear and tear is not classed as a manufacturing defect. 

    RETURNS SHIPPING COST
    Unfortunately we cannot cover cost of return shipping, this is at the customers expense and is not refundable. 

    EXCHANGES
    If you wish to exchange an item for another item of lesser value we will credit the remaining amount to your account. If you wish to exchange an item for another item of greater value, the original item value will be credited towards the new item you wish to exchange it for.

    If you are wanting to exchange the same/ different item for the same value in a different colour/ size we will swap it over and return it to you. 

    Exchanges are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving and we will cover the shipping cost on your first exchange only. Any additional exchanges are at the customers expense. 

    SALE ITEMS
    Products that have been marked down are strictly non-refundable therefore we ask you to please choose carefully. 

    We do however offer exchanges on sale items. Please email our customer care at info@santinanicole.com.au to advise that you are returning your sale item for exchange. 
    Please fill our our sales return form which was enclosed in your parcel and advise the style/sizing you are wanting to exchange your item to. 

    ONLINE 'OUTLET' SALE ITEMS
    Outlet sale items are FINAL. We strictly do not accept any returns or exchanges on products purchased via the online outlet sale therefore we ask to please choose carefully.  

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
    Once your returned item has been received, you will advised via email. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving. Once your refund has been processed please allow 3-5 days for the funds to return to your account.
